Privacy Policy
This Policy explains what personal data Console Mix collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what your rights are. It applies to the https://www.consolemix.com.br website, the control panel, the ConsoleMix and StreamMatrix applications, and our support channels.
1.Who controls your data
The data controller is C Aparecido da Silva, tax registration number 50.599.651/0001-18, with offices at Rua dos Engenheiros, 2439, Cond. Porto Real, Casa 294, Imóvel Morro Alto, Guarapuava/PR, CEP 85064-160, trading as Console Mix.

2.Who this Policy applies to
It applies to anyone who registers for, purchases, or uses our products, wherever they are. We currently serve customers in 25 countries across Latin America, North America, Portuguese-speaking Africa, Asia and Oceania.
Brazilian law is the foundation of our privacy programme: the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018). Where your local law grants you additional rights, we honour them — including Canada's PIPEDA, South Africa's POPIA, Australia's Privacy Act 1988, and the data protection statutes of the Latin American countries we serve.
We do not offer our services to residents of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, and those countries are not available in our registration form.
3.What personal data we process

About the hardware identifier: ConsoleMix generates a code from characteristics of the computer it is installed on, in order to bind the license to that machine. It gives us no access to your files, to the audio you broadcast, or to any content on your computer. It is used solely for license control.
4.How we obtain this data
- You provide it when you register, purchase, open a support ticket or contact us.
- We generate it automatically through your use of the applications and the panel.
- We query public sources to speed up registration. When you type your tax ID or postal code, that value is sent to public lookup services. We send only the number being looked up, never your other data.

6.Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share only what is necessary, with:

7.International data transfers
Our core infrastructure — website, panel and database — is hosted in Brazil. International transfer occurs only when notifications are sent via WhatsApp, processed by Meta Platforms in the United States, and when website libraries are loaded from global delivery networks, which receive your IP address.
8.How long we keep your data

Once the period elapses, data is deleted or anonymised, unless a legal obligation or ongoing proceeding requires us to keep it.
9.Information security
We apply technical and administrative measures, including: encrypted communication in transit (HTTPS/TLS); a dedicated server with restricted, authenticated administrative access; role-based access control so each user sees only their own account data; periodic database backups; and logging of relevant system activity.
We work continuously to improve our security controls, including the evolution of the mechanisms used to store and verify access credentials.
Your part matters. Choose a password unique to this account, do not reuse it elsewhere, and do not share it. If you suspect unauthorised access, tell us immediately at suporte@consolemix.com.br.
No system is entirely immune to incidents. Should a security incident occur that poses a relevant risk to your rights, we will notify you and the competent authority.
10.Your rights
At any time you may: confirm whether we process your data and access it; correct incomplete or outdated data; request anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or unlawfully processed data; request portability; withdraw consent; find out who we share your data with; and object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Some requests may be limited by legal obligation — for example, we cannot delete tax records within the period the law requires us to keep them. Where that applies, we will explain why.
11.How to exercise your rights
Write to privacidade@consolemix.com.br stating your name, the tax ID on your account, and your request. We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity — this protects you against fraudulent requests.
We respond within 15 days. If your local law sets a shorter deadline, we follow the shorter one. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
12.Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking for marketing purposes. We use only a session cookie to keep you signed in, a security token to protect forms against forged requests, and browser local storage to remember your language preference. Blocking these will prevent sign-in from working.
13.Minors
Our products are intended for radio stations, production companies and broadcasting professionals. They are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children or adolescents.
14.Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the service or to the law. The current version and its date always appear at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you by e-mail or through the panel with reasonable notice.
